Welcome to the Villages of Kapolei. The Villages of Kapolei is a Planned Community and part of the new city located on the Ewa plains of Oahu, Hawaii. The community features affordable and market-priced single family homes, condominiums, and rental apartments. Filling in will be schools, churches, parks, recreation centers, two retail centers and a golf course Spread over 888 acres of land, the Villages of Kapolei will eventually be comprised of 8 Villages. Already completed are Village One, Kumu Iki;Village Three, Malanai; Village Four, Kekuilani, Village Two, Aeloa, Village Five, Iwalani, Village Six, Malu'ohai and Village Seven, Kapolei Kai. Soon to be constructed, the eighth Village, Kaupe'a, will have 326 homes Additional infill projects are also yet to be constructed. A total of approximately 5000 units are planned. The Kapolei Elementary School , Kapolei Middle School and Kapolei High School have already been completed . . The Associations offices are located at 91-1111 Kama' aha Loop in the Recreation Center.
